At Bloomstead Counseling, I offer outpatient mental health therapy services for adults ages 18+. Sessions are held virtually and scheduled for about 50 minutes.

In-Network Insurance
I am in-network with the following plans:
-Blue Cross Blue Shield
-Aetna (including NC State Health Plan)
*Please note I am not able to accept Blue Home, Blue Local, or Healthy Blue.
Out-of-Network Options
If you are out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill each month for you to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Private Pay Rates
Individual therapy session rate: $165
*I also accept HSA/FSA.
*Note: I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for individuals experiencing financial hardships. Please let me know during your consultation call if more information is needed.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation fees (or a no-show fee) will occur if notice is not given within 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Payments
All payment is due on the day of services. I require a credit card to be on file and accept payments using a secure program through my EHR system.
