I often work with adults, women, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, self-worth struggles, or the process of healing from trauma. Many of my clients come to me during major life transitions when everything feels a bit overwhelming. You might feel like you're battling deep self-doubt, constant overthinking, or past experiences that keep you feeling stuck.
